Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link in your confirmation email.
  • You can edit your order at any time before it goes into processing.
  • Once your order has gone into processing, you may be eligible for a replacement or resolution depending on the situation.
  • After receiving your order, you have 30 days to address any quality issues.

Damaged/Quality Issues

  • For the fastest resolution, include a photograph demonstrating the quality issue or the damaged area of the item.
  • The most optimal pictures are taken on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.

Refunds Policy

  • PayPal: Refunds processed will appear in your PayPal account balance within 24 business hours.
  • Credit Card: Refunds processed via credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Can I Exchange Items Once I've Placed My Order?

All orders are final. Please double-check your order at checkout. We do not offer size or item exchanges. If you made an error, you can cancel your order or cancel items within that order.

Does Doctor ER Accept Returns?

We do not accept general returns or sizing-related returns. If there is a print error or visible quality issue, we'll replace or refund it. For quality issues, please provide clear photos of the products on a flat, well-lit surface to expedite the resolution. Contact customer support and provide your order number and reason for return.

What Can I Do If I Ordered the Wrong Size?

All orders are final. If you ordered the incorrect size, please contact customer support immediately with your order number and details of the incorrect size ordered, and we will remove it from your order.

How Do I Find the Right Size and Fit?

Shipping

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is processed. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking link to be updated by the carrier.
  • U.S. shipments (depending on shipping method) will take 2-9 business days, while international shipments will take 4-20 business days to be delivered.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide, except for limited countries based on international agreements and USPS restrictions. If we are unable to ship to your country, you will be notified at checkout, and your purchase will be blocked.

Will I Have to Pay Taxes/Import Duties in My Country?

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs charges, which vary by country. We are unable to calculate these charges in advance. For information regarding your country's customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If such a fee is imposed on your package, you are responsible for its payment.

Can I Update My Shipping Address After I Have Ordered?

If you wish to update the shipping address on your order, please use the link in your confirmation email. You can edit your order at any time before it goes into processing. If you fail to communicate a shipping address change before your order ships, you must contact the courier to reroute your order. Doctor ER is not responsible for shipments sent to an incorrect address if we are not informed prior to dispatch.

If your package fails to be delivered due to an insufficient delivery address, the goods will be returned to us. Please contact us in this situation, and we will organize a reshipment to an updated address.

How Do I Track My Order?
